The R20 Austrian World Summit takes place for the third time on 28 May in the Vienna Hofburg. The international conference annually invites leading experts from business, politics and civil society to exchange experiences and ideas on the topic of climate protection. Among others, Arnold Schwarzenegger, Austrian President Alexander Van der Bellen and climate activist Greta Thunberg will participate as speakers at the Austrian Climate Summit.
Pioneers in sustainability and environmental protection
In addition to ÖBB, which is represented as a sponsor at the Austrian World Summit, the Rail Cargo Group is also setting an exclamation mark for climate protection on site. A container from Noah's Train - Climate Ambassador of the Rail Freight Forward Initiative - will attract the attention of the World Summit participants directly at Heldenplatz. They will have the opportunity to take a souvenir photo in front of the container with the Flamingo design and thus spread our message that the railways are the most environmentally friendly way of transport.
